Friendly, professional, & caring staff who always go above & beyond to help. I have travelled to this practice since 1991 & wouldn’t trust anyone else with my much loved dogs Great practice never change

The vet nurse I saw yesterday is definitely telling a cat whisperer! Gave a worming tablet singlehandedly and my difficult cat swallowed it first time too. A 'first' at the practice. Because the cat is hard to catch the practice is patient when I have to miss, then make repeated appointments, as long as I let them know about 15 minutes beforehand. 4 stars only because of unknown diagnoses/prices in general.

First visit with our new puppy and everyone we met was lovely and took great care of him and us. Really helpful with advice and answering my many questions as a first time dog owner. We choose the practice on a recommendation and would recommend on to others.

Absolutely amazing vets — I couldn’t recommend Towerwood Vets enough! Jake and the whole team at Towerwood Vets were absolutely incredible when my pug needed life-saving surgery. Jake went above and beyond to help us through what was an incredibly worrying and stressful time, and I’m so grateful for everything he did. Every member of staff we dealt with genuinely cared about our dog, and that really showed in the way they treated him and supported us. Their compassion, professionalism and dedication were outstanding. We honestly can’t thank Jake and the whole Towerwood team enough for helping save our boy. ❤️🐾 Absolutely amazing vets and highly recommended!

The team are really friendly and take the time to listen to your any concerns you might have regarding your pet and provide solutions that work. I now have friends who use Towerwood after my recommendation and they are also really happy with the service they get.

Needed an emergency appointment to see the vet, we rang towerwood vets greengates who booked us in with the cookridge team, the team was really helpful, and we was in and out within 30 minutes, with the medication needed.
