Best vet ive ever used they are professional and caring ive been coming a few years with my jack russell /chih who is very naughty and hates the vets but i feel at ease as they always know how to deal with him and im so thankful for them i would never go anywhere else Love simona and prince

This veterinary centre have saved my pets lives on more than one occasion. We frequently take my chronically ill cat and he’s always treated with such respect and care. They all remember him and every single member of staff we have dealt with here from reception to the vets have always had so much empathy and warmth.

I just want to express my gratitude for this wonderful vets. They have cared for my darling basset hound Lucas with compassion. I never felt rushed during appointments, they always found appointments for me when my boy was poorly. Best vets in leeds.

I cannot thank you enough for seeing me & my dog Ralph today to give a second opinion on his prognosis. You were so professional, friendly, thorough .. taking the time to explain everything to me that you were doing in a way that I could understand. Whilst I am still unsure the prognosis will change, the encouragement to proceed with a referral to a specialist to ensure I’ve done everything I can was much needed and I feel a lot better with my plan going forward..thank you

We moved here from another vets and it was the best decision we ever made, they really do care about your pets and so impressed with the service they provide

Best vets ever, they have so much care and compassion for the animals they treat. My timid little lady recently went in for vaccination and nail trimming, she was so scared she wouldn't come out of her carrier, so the lovely vet treated her in the carrier and made it a stress free experience for all

Absolutely recommend this vets. My senior kitty has been seen by all the vets at this practice and every one of them is brilliant with him. He doesn’t enjoy the vets and is very nervous and they aren’t phased and are very patient with him. He is a complicated case and they always make me feel included in the decisions regarding his treatment. Thank you LVC ❤️

Lovely people. I recently moved a much loved feral cat to her new home. During her confinement I noticed that her mouth had an awful smell. She went in for a dental. She was obviously very stressed but they took great care to keep her calm. She was so much happier after having the bad teeth out & was even seen using her scratch post for the first time. She's now out & about loving life

My kitten Cheddar had her spay op and has been taken for checkups numerous times, staff and reception are lovely to talk to and very understanding. They even prepared a emergency E-cone when she got out of her recovery suit for me to collect! 5 stars

Dear Katherine and team. Sadly a week ago you had to care for my Bestie ....Giacomo Jacq Nelson (16yr old Italian Greyhound x Mini Pincer) after he fell ill in his 16th year. My Ex wife tells me that you were absolutely amazing, kind, considerate and empathetic as he had to chase rabbits in heaven...😞 Since then you have sent us a condolences card, what an amazing practice and extremely, extremely thoughtful... CLEARLY you are a genuine hard working and compassionate Vets...anyone considering a Vets, don't hesitate to bring them to Crossgates... RIP Jacq....my amazing 😍 best friend.
