Avoid at all costs! My Daxie was having difficulty walking suggested it was a spinal condition, after multiple visits and continuous charges for prescriptions I was around £1000 down and still no answers. I suggested it could be Lyme disease early on after my own research as she had been bitten by a tic a month prior, they basically said not a chance (they also said it was normal for her temp to be running high, the specialist I saw after them looked at me funny when I told them this) its now been tested and diagnosed 4 months down the line with her in crippling pain. After getting no where I went to another vets, they did more in 1 visit than these did in 4 and charged less. Shouldn’t be allowed to happen, they have a prescription culture and have no drive to solve a problem, but instead upselling it and keep medicating to increase sales. I was told at one point we might just have to ‘deal with it’ using pain meds not even knowing what it was!

Saying goodbye to our beloved dog, Lola, was one of the hardest moments for our family. The entire team showed such kindness, understanding, and genuine compassion during this incredibly painful time. They treated Lola with dignity and gave us the space and support we needed to say our goodbyes. Although this was an awful process to go through, the staff made it as gentle and comforting as it possibly could be. We are truly grateful for their empathy and care Thank you from the bottom of our hearts 💕

Hazel and the rest of the reception staff as well as the vets are always friendly as well as professional. They always look after our cats with care and affection. I feel that the nurse yesterday went above and beyond during the consultation. She thoroughly checked the cats over, allowed my son to listen to their heartbeats and even used the clippers to remove some clumps from Tikka’s fur. She was so polite and professional. We were also recommended powder for suspected in Arthritis which I’ve now ordered for Tikka. We can’t thank her enough 😊

I have never had a bad visit. The staff are kind, thoughtful, attentive and listen to my obsessive dog mum nonsense! Although my dogs are not fans of the vet visits, the staff put them at ease and treat them beautifully.

Just such a lovely practice. Definitely recommend to anyone looking for a new or change of vets
