Frank pet surgeons were fantastic from word go, they accepted the referral from my vets and seen my dog within 2 hours, the reception staff were friendly and patient with me even when I was full of emotion and worry. The vet explained everything very well and the price was fair and competitive. The care my dog received was excellent I was kept informed at every stage and they encouraged me to call during his stay for reassurance. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them.
Can’t fault the service or care provided for our poorly cat following his accident. We were kept updated daily on progress and all of the staff were friendly, caring and compassionate.
My Spanish water dog. Injured her left hind leg , our vet referred us to Frank pet surgeons . On arrival we were welcomed by the staff . . We were quite early , so we waited for our appointment time . Maria came and asked us in , as we dad our other SWD with us we took him in also . She examined Freyja and knew exactly the problem . She was very thorough and explained everything in terms we understood . Freyja had surgery the next morning and we picked her up the following morning . We were kept informed throughout . We also had follow up calls to check on her . Cannot fault them in any way .
I can’t thank Maria and all the team at Franks enough for the care our dachshund received. Everything was explained to us so thoroughly and we felt fully supported throughout our dog’s recovery process. Such a caring and dedicated veterinary team with no hidden costs - would highly recommend.
I was referred by my own vets to Frank Surgeons when my dog had a crutiage ligament injury and they were very good from start to finish. Everyone from reception when you first walk in, to the consultation with a vetinary surgeon who explained things fully and showed you videos and pictures of the procedures they may need to do on the knee etc. So you felt like your beloved family member was in safe hands.
Both our Boxers have been to Franks for knee surgery .
We found the staff to be really friendly , nothing was too much trouble . A warm and welcoming place , where all have an obvious love for the animals .
Walter and willow have recovered and it’s so good to see them running around free again .

They are a sparkling practice and when my vet referred me, I was very impressed. Highly recommended and brilliant surgeons. And, they are for their expertise and the operation.
My girl was referred here and had cruciate surgery, all went well but a serious bone infection after surgery which required a month of antibiotics (which they didn’t charge for!!!). 1 year down the line and she has constant puss filled cysts on the scar tissue.
This should not be still happening. I’m not happy and would never use this establishment again.
I cannot recommend Frank.Pet Surgeons highly enough. My cat Fibi is currently under their care after breaking his leg, and the care he is receiving is absolutely exceptional.
The team has outstanding knowledge and expertise, and at the same time they are incredibly kind and compassionate. You can truly feel that they have huge hearts for animals. They approach every patient individually, giving personal attention and making sure both pets and their owners feel supported and understood.
They patiently answer all of my questions — even when I call during the night feeling anxious. Their reassurance and professionalism make this very difficult time so much easier for me.
I am so grateful for their dedication, warmth, and extraordinary care. I feel completely confident knowing Fibi is in such wonderful hands.

The Frank's team were amazing, friendly and very compassionate. They took excellent care of our dachshund Louie, who needed spinal surgery following a sudden IVDD injury, when we arrived we were reassured and comforted, every step was explained to us with the upmost compassion, we were able to call them anytime for updates during his stay, and since being home it's reassuring to know we can call them anytime for advice.

Absolutely fantastic experience from start to finish. Our local vets referred us to Frank for BOAS surgery for our 9-year-old French bulldog, and understandably we were extremely nervous — but we couldn’t have been in better hands.
Our vet made the referral on a Friday morning, and Frank personally called us just two hours later to arrange a consultation, which was scheduled for less than a week later.
A special mention must go to Lauren on reception, who was incredibly welcoming and made such a fuss of Oscar while also putting us at ease during our nervous wait. She is truly an asset to the team.
The consultation with Maria was outstanding. She was extremely professional, and her knowledge and experience were immediately evident. She has such a calm, compassionate way with animals, always making their care the top priority. We decided to proceed with the surgery, and the communication from Maria throughout the entire process was excellent.
