We as a family are absolutely blown away by the level of professionalism, compassion and care provided by beechwood vets at a time of great shock and sadness of the passing of our beloved family bichon, Jazz. We were extremely upset by the way we were treated at another vets in which they turned us away unable to treat her and saying they brought in another surgeon which was an inconvenience for them when she was extremely poorly, near passing and were totally unprofessional showing no basic empathy or respect. We then rang beechwood vets in which we were on the phone to immediately greeted by the amazing receptionist whom was totally empathetic and talked us through the whole process of euthanasia putting us at ease. She was able to move appointments to fit us in. When we arrived, we were taken immediately into the quiet room in which we were able Say our last goodbyes. The vet talked us through the whole process making sure we were as comfortable as possible during this hard time. Afterwards, we recieved a lovely card and forget me not seeds from the team at beechwood vets . We cannot Thankyou enough, From the Johnson family 💗

Good vets the vet was brilliant with my 2 kittens which is good cos theyv never had to go to the vets before I though they would be scared but they was very calm excellent the only thing I would add is what I dnt like is to be pushed into giving my cats something I dnt really won't them to have like injections when .y cats are indoor cats they dnt go out side but u dud feel as if I was pushed into it

I have recently moved vets to Beechwood Temple, I can not thank them enough for getting to the bottom of my dog Milo's condition. He was seen, investigated and diagnosed within 2 weeks ( over Xmas period too). All the staff reception, nurses and vets are so friendly and caring. I am so glad I moved Milo and Felix here. Thank you :)
