Best vets ever, they have so much care and compassion for the animals they treat. My timid little lady recently went in for vaccination and nail trimming, she was so scared she wouldn't come out of her carrier, so the lovely vet treated her in the carrier and made it a stress free experience for all

Absolutely recommend this vets. My senior kitty has been seen by all the vets at this practice and every one of them is brilliant with him. He doesn’t enjoy the vets and is very nervous and they aren’t phased and are very patient with him. He is a complicated case and they always make me feel included in the decisions regarding his treatment. Thank you LVC ❤️

Lovely people. I recently moved a much loved feral cat to her new home. During her confinement I noticed that her mouth had an awful smell. She went in for a dental. She was obviously very stressed but they took great care to keep her calm. She was so much happier after having the bad teeth out & was even seen using her scratch post for the first time. She's now out & about loving life

My kitten Cheddar had her spay op and has been taken for checkups numerous times, staff and reception are lovely to talk to and very understanding. They even prepared a emergency E-cone when she got out of her recovery suit for me to collect! 5 stars

Dear Katherine and team. Sadly a week ago you had to care for my Bestie ....Giacomo Jacq Nelson (16yr old Italian Greyhound x Mini Pincer) after he fell ill in his 16th year. My Ex wife tells me that you were absolutely amazing, kind, considerate and empathetic as he had to chase rabbits in heaven...😞 Since then you have sent us a condolences card, what an amazing practice and extremely, extremely thoughtful... CLEARLY you are a genuine hard working and compassionate Vets...anyone considering a Vets, don't hesitate to bring them to Crossgates... RIP Jacq....my amazing 😍 best friend.
